All Container Irrigation Systems products, whether self-contained or modular, are manufactured with drainage control features. All systems water from the bottom up, referred to as "sub-irrigation", balancing soil moisture and oxygen levels, and helping to minimize molds, fungus, and pests. The reservoir in our manual-fill insert is contained within its double walls. When planted, the insert drops into any decorative pot. A drainage control system retains irrigation and drains rainwater, eliminating stains and the need to waterproof. With these inserts, sizing options are limited, but installation and maintenance are simple. |

The reservoirs for our manual-fill and auto-fill systems can be discreetly buried in the soil in a waterproofed pot or planter. Each system comes with a drainage control plate, which raises the drain level and captures irrigation water. Modular systems offer flexible sizing, but installation and drainage are more complex. |
